The Healing Path: Life After Domestic Abuse & Toxic Relationships
Reclaim your power to find new meaning, peace and balance

What is the Healing Path?
Being a survivor of abuse is complex because it may leave you with a variety of conflicting thoughts and feelings.
You might experience feelings of shame for not recognising someone else’s behaviour was destructive at the time, which can result in avoiding people or places and becoming increasingly isolated or detached.
Low self-esteem is a common side effect from abuse, as you may have experienced gaslighting, manipulation or controlling behaviour which has impacted your life and/or your family’s lives ever since.
Even if you still feel love for your abuser, affection or guilt, The Healing Path will allow you to leverage those feelings to work for your highest good and release the feelings that no longer serve you.
This programme will support you as you come to terms with your experiences, heal and reclaim your personal power and self-belief to move forward with confidence and find new meaning, peace and balance in your life.
In this Programme you will:
Recount your experiences
Meet other like-minded survivors you can lean on to start the healing process

Explore themes of love and what it really means
Create a blueprint of self-love
Reclaim your identity
