Gratitude is the BEST Attitude
There are so many benefits to living a life of gratitude. It will make you much more optimistic about your future and it will help you to attract more good things in your life. There are physical and mental health benefits as well. Practicing gratitude regularly will strengthen your immune system and help you to cope better with stress.
Does Gratitude really work I hear some of you may ask?
A study showed that participants who practice gratitude and who keep a gratitude journal for 10 weeks, reported having fewer health problems and spent more time exercising. Expressing gratitude to others has been shown to do everything from improving romantic relationships to increasing happiness and depressive symptoms.
I’ve naturally practiced gratitude but more than ever since my sister passed away 11 years ago. Every day I’m grateful for opening my eyes to living another day, spend precious time with my children and experiencing new life experiences. With the mindset of giving thanks for the smallest of things, it became the new way of living for me.
